SELAMAT MALAM! Finally, after 2 weeks of not-so-much-workload-weeks, tutorial finally commences this week! And despite the rather slack 2 weeks, I still didn't do much of the work that I thought I should have. Was simply too involve in many other things and also slacking abit too much.
Anyway, my timetable's more or less finalised:
Have 2.5 out of 4 days ending at 8pm. Actually is out of 3.5days since I guessed I'll be ponning MA1101R lecture on Fridays rather regularly now. Did alot of things on Friday. I guessed maybe I'm used to Fridays break hence was able to complete more work on that day.
Anyway, the next few upcoming weeks are gonna be another busy weeks for me! This coming Saturday I'm meeting Hei and Joyce to go to the outside team that we're gonna join. They're having 'autofocus' training this Saturday. And I don't know what stupid shit that is. Hopefully don't let it be a damn lame mental training. If it's an icebreaker introducing all the team members it's still okay so long as it's fun.
Next Tuesday, we're planning a birthday party for SunLu. Though it's not a 21st birthday bash, but I guessed it'll still be a fun event! I always have lots of fun when with Joyce and gang! :) And luckily, Wednesday is a no-school-day, so I'll be able to sleep in even if I return home late.
Going for study sessions with Lyn this coming Wed. Hopefully this time round I'll be able to do more things and complete all the work and revisions I need to do.
Oh, by the way, if you've noticed, I've used a different greeting! I'd my first lesson of Bahasa Indonesia as you can see from my timetable. It's a very very very very very interesting module like what most people said! Learnt a few new phrases. Still got to practice more before I remembered all the greetings. Know new friend too! Richard, an exchange student from America! He's quite friendly and I guessed everyone from the tutorial class are all rather friendly! And Richard is the only guy in the class! LOL! The class is rather small, only 19people. But that's a rather conducive environment to teach and learn things. A small group learning!
Ok, guess I shall stop here. Got an early class tomorrow! And my second lesson of Bahasa! Hopefully it'll be just as interesting as today! Ciao!(Have yet to learn bye bye yet! Haha!)

Ok, the past 2 weeks have been a hectic, tired, busy, stressed, irritating, happy, exciting week. After Kim's birthday on the Wednesday before the last, I basically have alot of things going on still!
23 January 2010, Saturday
The day that I've been waiting for is finally here! Ok, Mich has been organising this SURPRISE ADVANCED 21st Birthday cum Farewell Party for Chen since don't know when. I got up rather early today, intending to do some work since I know that later on I would be out the whole day. In the end, I didn't manage to do any work still. Haiz..
Left house rather early at 1545 since Bro is meeting Sheena and I need to get the camera from her too. By the time I reached Northpoint, it was still early! Only 1615! And I decided to get the cake later since it'll not be so chilled if I get the cake early and loiter around. Somemore, it's rather inconvenient as well!
Went to Yishun library in the meantime to pass some time. Left the lib at 1730 and collected the strawberry shortcake from 4Leaves. Boarded 85 and got lost here and there before I finally reached Chen's house at 6.30pm. It was so early and Mich also said that they'll be late for at least 1hour to wait for the photos to be developed.
So me and huiwen just slack at Chen's house from 6.30pm-8pm before they finally arrived. And during that time, I think we became BFF with Chen's parents! HAHAA~ And her parents were rather shock that a 21st Birthday is such a big HOO-HA in Singapore. Well, because it's a totally different culture China. They don't really celebrate 21 Birthday, or treated it so specially.
Anyway, we started our preparations when Mich and Joy they all reached, while Xuanqi, Chen's friend, distracted Chen at Compasspoint. Forbade her to eat dinner!! Haha!

Managed to get onto the trains and catch the last few train back home. Changed trains 3 time. Took the NE-line train, circle-line train and NS-line train. Haha. Basically covered almost all the trains!
Was super tired by the time I'd got home. And was rather disappointed as tomorrow's meeting up with the girls date was cancelled! The turnout was lesser than expected. Only 6 people in total and 3 available in the morning. Somemore, some of them got to leave during the evening. Haiz. Just hope that we can meet up soon! I missed the girls!
22 January 2010, Friday Li Rong and I decided to pon lecture today. It's rather stupid to travel 3hours back and fro for a 1.5hour lecture. Since there's webcast lecture too, we might as well stay at home to do revision on our own.
Woke up at 9am, which has suddenly became a routine ever since school reopens. Had my breakfast and packed my stuff, overloading my bag with so many books and notes, which I'm again doubting whether I'll have a chance to do all of them later. Brought my laptop along too so as to view the online webcast lecture later. With everything set, I made my way to Yishun Starbucks, my favorite camping place for study other than Woodlands.
Reached there at 1040 and luckily my favorite corner seat has yet to be taken up. Bought a Grande size Honey Orange Latte. It's super nice!!!! :)) Started doing my tutorials after that.
Met Qianxin at 7pm for dinner, at LJS. Cause I promised to accompany her to Mel's church after that. Managed to complete quite a number of work. Might not seems much at first, but was still proud that I'd cleared my tutorials and read up on my ST2131 textbook. And it was also at this time that I realised that my laptop was spoilt! The screen kept flickering and 'jumping' when I on it. Finally, it is time that I send my laptop for repairs. What a time to spoil on me when I'd just received my term paper for PL1101E!! Damn it man.
Anyway, me and Qianxin were late since the Youth Service started at 8pm. So we just cab down. Reached at 2010. The auditorium of the church was very cosy. It made one felt ease, like at home. And this is also the first time that I'd visited the church, since previously dad would forbid, but now he'd been much more lax in terms of religion thoughts and taboos etc.
Met a few new people from the church. Reached home at 12am. Had lots of fun anyway. Will definitely visit again if I'd the time and if maybe Qianxin wanted to go again! :))17 January 2010, SundayMet Lyn and her client to go to a Japanese school at Simei there to play ball. They have indoor court and it's really nice playing there!The Jap people were all very friendly, but we weren't able to play very long as Lyn got work and her client going out to play badminton with his other group of friends.They were still playing by the time we left. And all of them were rather zai. They don't have fanciful moves that we have while playing street basketball, but rather just some simple, nice moves, yet were enough to score and get the ball. Their basics were simply fabulous!
But playing with them was definitely tiring. And I was out of breath by the 6th minute. And I simply given up running back to the court to attack at times, since most of the time, the stupid idiotic controller of my team will just solo up. And even when he passed the ball, he'll just simply overlooked my and passed it to someone else in the team. I was !@#@%$&@$^%*!!!!! He's not bad I would say, but being a PG, and simply charging towards the basket without setting play is a stupid move to make. He only made us run back to defend, and I was sooo damn exhausted!
Anyway, after that me and Lyn, we went to the Simei shopping centre to have lunch and she'd got work at 2pm at the music school too. After lunch, we find a void deck and sat down talking about many things that have been going on. Just updating of things and events since we hardly met up anyways.
After which, Lyn went for her work and I went home. Was so tired by the time I'd gotten home.
16 January 2010, Saturday
Initially we were supposed to be playing ball at Toa Payoah CC. But after me and Joyce found out that only 3 of us - me, Joyce and Kim, will be turning up, we decided to call it off. But, blurr me who had lots of things on my head and simply too tired late at night, I actually forgot to message Kim! In the end, I felt super guilty for the rest of the day.
Got tuition in the afternoon at 2pm. I guessed I might not be used to afternoon lessons. Stoned at one question for super long before I was able to solve it. Got home by 4.30pm. Sheena was there with brother. I thought she was going to Great Aunt's house together with us. But in the end, that's not the case.
We reached Great Aunt's house at around 7pm. I was so hungry that I no longer felt my stomach growling and my brain calling desperately for food. But once I started eating, well, I can really feel my empty stomach absorbing the food like a worm hole. Saw cousin's one month old son. He was sleeping when we reached there. Had fun with my cousins, though most of them were not there, since school had started and it was not convenient for them to come all the way down to Singapore.
It was a tiring night as we managed to get onto the last train at 2330 at Jurong East station. Reached home at about 0040 and was simply exhausted. Was still going to meet Lynette tomorrow to play ball with a bunch of Japanese people! Haha.13 January 2010, Wednesday Another Wednesday! Another day with no lectures and school! Met Lyn at AMK to study. We met at 11am, and she was playing Jubeat (AGAIN!) at arcade. Says don't want to wait till afternoon after finishing work then come and play since there would be alot of Ang Kong Kia there already.
We played till near noon before we made our way to Jubilee to have our lunch. We ate at this teahouse at Jubilee, second storey and started camping there throughout the rest of the day to do our work. Yong said that she wanted to join us, but in the end she didn't. And Lyn was saying that Yong wanted to get first in her class but still don't want to come and study, how to get first? Confirm get last one!
Since Lyn got work at 6pm, we left around 5plus and after which, the rest of the day, I didn't manage to do any work again... ...

Today is the fourth day of school already! I've basically settled all my textbooks. I've got tons of things to update, but oh wells, I'll start with yesterday's event - KIM's 21st birthday surprise. Reached home rather late hence not much time to blog about it.
13th January 2010
It's Wednesday! And what does it means? No school! YEA! Ok, anyway, since I've got no school today, I was able to go shopping for Kim's present, decorations, cake and food with Joyce. Initially was supposed to help Yong with some NAPFA thing. But since there's no news from either her or Lynette, I went with Joyce to shop for Kim's pressie instead.
We were supposed to meet at 2pm at Orchard. But as usual, we were both late and in the end we met at 3pm instead. And Joyce initially still msged me 2.42pm. I was like... Where did the 2minutes come from?! And she replied, it's the time I will reach! LOLS! So accurate!
Met her at around 3.10pm cause I was late! Haha. Anyway, we decided to strategise first since neither of us has got any idea what to get for her. But I think what we did didn't really count as strategising ba. We were basically sitting down and Joyce listing down the names of everyone who'll be turning up for the event and/or sharing the present. Then, without a clue as to what to get for Kim, we started venturing out into ION.
Walked around and very soon, the jewellery at Swarovski caught our eye. We got her a cross necklace as Joyce was saying Kim does wear such necklace. So it'll be rather suitable if we get that one for her. So we KIV it first as we decided to take a look around.
We went Tangs next but nothing catches our eyes. We were thinking along bags, wallets, acccesories that line. After which, we proceeded to Centrepoint and halfway through the walk, it started to rain! Luckily Joyce got her umbrella - the super small one. Haha. But the rain wasn't really heavy and we were reaching soon.
We reached Centrepoint and went to the decoration shop. Was thinking of the cake and food as we need to budget. Joyce suggested going to 313 as there's this cake shop that enables us to design our own cake. We started joking about how we'll spoil the cake by just toppping it with all the icing and that's it.
While at the deco shop, we waited for Xiaohei and Joan to come. They reached near 5pm and we got a banner, some party blowers and a pinata! After which, we went to the Swarovski shop at Centrepoint to get the cross necklace as we really couldn't think of what else to get for her. Joan suggested getting a dress so we went to Forever 21, which according to Joan, is Kim's frequent shop. Got a dress for her which looks very nice and will definitely suit Kim!

It was definitely a tiring day, but I enjoyed myself nonetheless! Haha. It was fun. The planning, the setting up, the suspense, the surprise! Haha. We should do that more often! :D
Anyway, as I've said, I'm finally more relieved. I've gotten my last module! It's LAB1201 Bahasa Indonesia! Finally~ Haiz. And I thought I'll not be able to get it. But luckily I've gotten it! Quite glad. And I've bought my books too! A First Course in Probability for my ST2131 and Introduction to Real Analysis for MA2108. Bro got the Psychology textbook from Berlinda. And for MA1101R, I've already gotten it on Tuesday. Spent $97 on these 2 books that I've bought. Already broke. :( Luckily Bahasa need not use textbook, or else I'll just faint or knock myself against the wall. LOL!
Ok, it's rather late now. I've still got quite a number of stuff to do. 2 tutorials already uploaded! And I got to read up more on the proving parts for MA2108 since I don't have proving background. ST2131 suddenly becomes so hard as well! Came as a shock to me! Anyway, I rather like the stress level now. Everything still going slowly. No tutorials, no lab sessions. But.. After next week, I think my stress level will just shoot high up. And with Chen going overseas soon, I'll not have anyone to complain to and talk to. Haiz..
